职位描述:
Major Responsibilities:
-Monitor supplier's performance based on Measurement of Performance (PPM, Delivery & Concerns).
-Conduct Top Focus Part & Process Audit.
-Managing and improving supplier quality performance.
-Work with QE,PE,PRE to analysis the part issue and push the supplier to improve.
-Coordinate and follow up for part's qualification.
-Maintain raw material inspection procedure and Incoming inspection management.
-Provide training and technique support on parts measurement for inspectors and technicians.
-Provide technical support for both buyer and suppliers
-Handling MRB issue together with other departments.
-Communicate events, problems and reports to partners in plants.
Key Competencies:
-Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or its equivalent.
-Minimum 5 years experience in an industrial environment, preferably in quality control / systems.
-Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001 and QS 9000.
-Master Quality Management tools such as MSA, FMEA, SPC, Problem Analysis Tools, etc.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
