Responsibilities
1.
Responsible for implementation of HACCP,HSE and QA procedures within the section by maintaining ISO documentation and instructions up to date,vindicate the HACCP system in order working;

Continuous improvement of working conditions,safety behaviors and quality;
3..
Training of operators regarding GMP/ SSE (Safety,Security and Environment) and process controls (refresher and new employments);
4..
Sharing of lessons learnt following an accident or a special situation within the whole team;
5..
Check the manufacture process to find the hidden trouble of the products quality and safety problem at first time and to ensure the problems solved as soon as possible;
6..
Check the process sanitation, GMP implementation etc. in workshop, and control the quality of products package,finished products, semi-finished products,reused products in workshop;
7..
In charge of the measure management and validate measure machine in order working,collecting and analysing the experiment date of products;
8..
In charge of the extraneous matter management of section;
9..
Development of partial HACCP plans/HACCP checklist in case of new product development, new equipment installation,production trials together with BD and the Section team.Involve in the trail and deliver the relevant quality data;
10..
Ensure equipments cleaning is qualified for production, development of partial cleaning plans/cleaning checklist in case of new equipments
Requirements
Bachelor's degree majored in Food Science or SSE (Safety,Security and Environment) related
3 year's or more working experiences in a multinational food corporation;
Familiar with Quality GMP/HACCP/ISO system;
Familiar with SSE (Safety, Security and Environment) related system;
Familiar with quality lab experiments operation and production process;
Able to manage on site quality and SSE with good communication skill;
Be able to write,read and communicate in English;
.li>Good PC literacy (MS Office).
