Job Description:
-General secretary and administration tasks and responsibilities;
-Planning and organization of meetings;
-Planning and organization of business trips, domestic and oversee;
-Planning and organization of business events;
-Follow up of VP’s e-mails during business trips, communicate interim result and take action if needed;
-VP’s diary planning and follow up;
-Document filing.
Job Requirements:
-University degree or similar professional qualification in marketing or business management;
-5+ years’ practical experience in a similar job with a foreign invested company or JV;
-Excellent oral and written English communication skills;
-Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook);
-Good organizational and planning skills;
-Good telephone communication skills;
-Familiar with western culture;
-Open and communicative personality;
-High integrity, Credible, Reliable, Confidential and “Can – do” attitude Duties; |
