Responsibilities:
1.Monitor and evaluate market trends and activities in order to propose marketing and sales strategies to PH sales area which will improve the trading position and the profitability of PH,
2.Conduct market research to identify new possible business developments and trends as well as competitor activity within the area,
3.Visit the customers of this new identified market,
4.Identify main possible partners in this market together with our GSE (Group System Engineering),
5.Visit tradeshows related to this market,
6.Define market needs for new products / product adjustments,
7.Organize regular updates within PH management, sales group; application engineering & GSE groups to present PH strategy in that specific market,
8.Meet on a regular basis with other market managers / product managers and sales management to manage unavoidable overlapping,
9.Trigger new business projects between Customers and PH,
10.Follow the on-going projects within the area from a global sales viewpoint (not necessarily the daily details) and recommend corrective actions to relevant PH areas if necessary,
11.Works in team with the dedicated application engineer.
Requirements:
1.College degree holder in mechanical engineering or marketing,
2.Good analysis skill and good commend of computer skills for market research,
3.Good knowledge of mechanical industry,
4.At least 5 years experience in marketing or sales of industrial products,
5.Good in interpersonal skills. Able to work under pressure, perform overtime and travel frequently,
6.Excellent command of both written and spoken English. |
