Responsibilities:
-Provide C&B services
-Manage the application of expatriate's work permit and their compensation and benefits matters.Manage the staffing quotas/ratio of expatriate versus local staff,prepare cost models for manpower
-Coordinate with external service providers,consultancy and legal services to provide service of employee commercial insurance schemes administration for all employees,conduct nationwide salary survey,update city index periodically.
-Cooperate to align company policy to legal requirements.
-Implement AP C&B policies rolled out by Regional Office.
-Collaborate in workshops and project teams.
-Job Analysis: Conduct nationwide job analysis periodically,determine the template of job description according to regional policy,train managers to write effective job descriptions (for new jobs and in case of changes) to a consistent and appropriate standard.
-Job evaluation:To manage the job grading and evaluation committees to ensure that the company has up to date job grades to ensure appropriate relativity.To educate managers on job evaluation methodology to increase their understanding and build a competent evaluation committee.To manage the job evaluation database and records maintaining current files and sufficient history.
-Compensation philosophy:Propose compensation philosophy to country senior management according to business requirement and regional policy.
-Role clarification and objectives setting: continuously updating salary and benefits schemes with any regional changes.
-Salary Administration.
-Incentive Programs.
-Market Intelligence:conduct nationwide competitiveness surveys.
-Design,update role classification system according to regional policy.
-Benefits review & administration.
-Develop a team spirit and multitasking capabilities within the team.
Skills/Qualifications:
-5-8 years relevant HR experience.
-2 must be managerial or supervisory experience.
-Degree.
-Specialist HR qualification in compensation and benefits.
-Broad HR working knowledge. |
