Responsibilities:
Before commercial contract stage
1.Preparation and forwarding of inquiry to headquarters
2.Finalization of quotation and sending to customers
Contract preparation
Preparation of contracts and push of customers and headquarters/managers for signature
Contract execution
1.Update delivery status
2.Push of L/C opening and/or of any other payments according to contract terms
3.Follow-up and review of contract execution
Daily work
1.Customers/mills/headquarter telephone-record, fax receiving and sending, documents in and out
2.Q-report updating, other report preparation and document preparing and updating
3.Filing documents
4.Other daily works as required by General Manager Sales & Marketing
Business trips
hen required, accompany sales Manager of Company or affiliated and perform translation, negotiation, and all kind of tasks in the fields defined by the General Manager Sales & Marketing.
Sales
Depending on the performance of the person, some account(s) may be directly delegated for sales management where the person would have to manage directly customer relationship, negotiate with customer, etc...as a sales manager.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above;
2.Good written and oral English;
3.Detail-oriented;
4.MNC experience, ideally from European or USA companies. |
