Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager
Provide customer service to support sales team
To ensure efficient and high quality services are delivered to customers
Ensure compliance to regulatory and internal control standards and operational procedures are strictly adhered to
Supervising Branch Service Team Service Ambassadors, Tellers and Support Staff
Providing reports to CBRC on regular basis
Selection Criteria:
A university graduate with in-depth experience in service function within banking industry
Solid knowledge of bank products and services and banking procedures, equities markets, unit trusts, mortgages and other personal investment services
Good understanding of banking regulations
Team player who shows initiative and assertiveness
Self-motivator who is keen to upgrade, improve personal knowledge and skills to meet job requirements
Bachelor degree or above of Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline |
