KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/CHALLENGES:
To assist the Branch Sales & Services Manager to achieve the business targets set
Ensure that efficient and high quality services are delivered to customers
Ensure compliance to regulatory and internal control standards and operational procedures are strictly adhered to
Manage Branch Service Team: Customer Service Officer, Service Ambassadors, Tellers and Support Staff
SELECTION CRITERIA:
A university graduate with 5-7 years of related banking experience
Sound knowledge of bank products and services and banking procedures & other personal investment services
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to deal with all levels of people, often in complex and difficult situations
Team player who shows initiative and assertiveness
Self-motivator who is keen to upgrade, improve personal knowledge and skills to meet job requirements
Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin. A university degree preferably in Business/Banking/Accounting or related discipline
Good understanding of banking regulations
