Key Responsibilities
*Deliver assigned performance targets.
*Provide investment services to MD customer on WM investment products to retain existing customers.Deliver proper asset allocation,suitability assessment and other available tools to meet customer needs.
*Maintain good relationship with customers and deliver professional service to facilitate customer financial or investment planning decisions.
*To comply with respective Money Laundering Prevention Procedures and be alert at all times to unusual or possibly suspicious customer activity,and should report any suspicious activity to the respective Unit Money Laundering Prevention Officer and line manager as well as directly to the Country MLPO in urgent or exceptional circumstances.
*Ensure compliance of Management Manual,Operating Manuals and Bank's laid down knowledge of the various products offered by all departments.
*To provide updated market summary.
*Participate actively in training program,meeting,briefings organized by the bank and ensure skills & knowledge acquired is applied to daily work.

*Overall sales achievements against target.
*Contribution to the impact on customers' perception about the Bank's services and to the attainment of service quality.
*Investment expertise & information disclosure concerning investment product through customers' feedback.
*Overall compliance with service,operational & compliance issues & policies.
Knowledge/Skill/Selection Criteria
*University graduate with 2-5 years experience in financial industry, preferably in the consumer banking.
*Good knowledge of banking products & services and banking procedures, equities markets,unit trusts and other personal investment services.
*Investment counseling and analytical skills.
*Ability to comprehend and disseminate appropriate financial information to customers.
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills,team player who shows initiative and assertiveness.
*Good service attitude. |
