Executing Branch Banking strategies to achieve overall target in sales and services
Sales Management-Achieve sales target through robust management and upgrade of staff activities, productivity and skill level.
Service Management-Achieve highest customer satisfaction through outserve and customer experience enhancement, and process improvement.
People Management-Maintain a motivated and high performing team through dedicated drive, coaching, monitoring and feedback.
Operation and Compliance Management-Ensure risk management and adequate control always in place.
Branding-Ensure branch merchandising demonstrates a prominent branding presence and aligns with strategy.
SELECTION CRITERIA:
A university degree preferably in Business/Mkting or related discipline
3-5 years managerial experience in financial services industry
Sound knowledge in general banking law and practices.
Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
Competence in financial accounting / forecasts
High marketing/selling proficiency
Strong interpersonal/communication skills |
