SCOPE OF ROLE:
To penetrate new channels and enhance relationships with existing channels so as to increase the referral mortgage business
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/CHALLENGES:
To penetrate new channels and enhance relationships with existing channels. Channels here refer to developers, agents and corporate program customers
To write and submit project proposals, due diligence and other supporting work to make the the channels are properly accepted as part of our panel channel members
To work with marketing to drive higher referral business from these channels
SELECTION CRITERIA:
Solid business development experience, preferably in banking industry
Knowledge in local property market, especially the process of buying, the key developers and property agents
Ability to understand and write well on project proposals
Appetite for learning
