Head of Sales & Marketing (Eastern China)

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for strategic leadership and implementation of full spectrum of sales, marketing activities
2. Effectively achieve marketing and sales goals and maximize yield position in a robust competitive market.
3. Oversee the Marketing & Sales functions in China, develop and establish a comprehensive system to manage the sales team
4. Build up new sales team by recruiting potential candidates, develop training tools and provide proper trainings
5. Conduct market research and provide updated information, prepare analysis report to the top managements
Requirements:
1. Degree holder in Marketing / Chemistry / Business or other related discipline
2. Minimum 10 years solid experience in marketing field, PRC exposure
3. Knowledge on Plastic resin and Polymers (PP & PE)
4. Strong business acumen, aggressive, fast paced, result-oriented and can work under pressure
5. Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
6. Fluent in English, Chinese and Mandarin
7. Proficiency in PC application
