Commission: Keep continuously improving the materials management with material plan, production controlling, logistic management and purchase function in line with lean/6 sigma culture. Maintain accurate inventory of raw material, WIP and finished goods to meet customer required delivery date (on time delivery>98% for industry goods, 100% for auto goods). Prepare & issue material plan and production plan, supervise the manufacturing to meets the demands of MO. Establish inventory strategy to reduce cost and keep the good stock level base on yearly BP. Manage all purchase orders and contract for material, equipment, spare parts, tooling and service.Declare the customs and control the transportation cost. Manage local supplier to develop and keep good communication with oversea supplier and sister plant of the Company Requirements: Bachelor or above in mechanic or related major;At least 3 years experience in material management; Knowledge and experience with lean concepts; Demonstrated leadership in management to achieve aggressive performance targets; Skills and knowledge in Supply Chain Management and Chinese custom policy mastery. Experience in automobile industry is preferred. Experience in 4th shift and other ERP system is preferred. Multinational company experience and fluency in English should be considered a prerequisite.
