Responsibility:


-Develop the advanced application in the target segments, build the technical competency internally
-Give the technical & commercial support to PDS team, involve in the external promotion.
-Achieve the sales target in the segments.
-Monitor the market trend and competition in the key segments, find the new opportunity in the potential segments
-Identifies opportunities to create competitive advantage through innovative product development and technical anticipation, recommend to offer management team
-Support central marketing segment development team. Wok as the interface between ABT China and LVP application development team
-Manage the segment development team, develop young talent

Requirement:


-Bachelor degree or above in electrical major or relevant discipline
-Five years sales or marketing experience in relevant industry and products
-Demonstrated ability to achieve desired results in a cross-functional, cross-departmental environment.
-Experience developing strategic marketing plan and implement these plans
-Fluent English and with team management experience
-Experience in Multinational Corporation preferred
