. role summary

this position is responsible for leadership and operational excellence of the supply chain and operation department in the global sourcing organization - managing the end to end supply chain and operations process in support of po fulfillment; development and implementation of supply chain initiatives and new technologies to increase efficiencies; vendor development & management; customer service and coordination. administration responsibilities include organization development; coaching and developing individual team member/manager, implementation and execution of new business processes and staff training.

b. key responsibilities (essential functions)

1.process:
developing and implementing a global supply chain and logistics system. drive process consistency with country houses.
development/review/maintain of standard operating procedure (sop).
conduct and drive the performance evaluation for supplier, improve export operation level to enhance the fast growing sourcing activity

2.planning & implementation:
contribute in the decision making process of enhancing or developing tools that better support the global sourcing efforts.
support company mid and long-term business plan. cross-functional coordination and communication of supply chain initiatives, pilots, and requirements, contributes to vendor selection plans, packaging strategy, logistics and fulfillment strategy.

review and management of current business tools and metrics to provide analytics to reduce cost and drive efficiencies in the global sourcing pipeline.

leads and participates in special committees, task groups, projects, audits and related assignments. implementation of new projects development of strategic supply chain model and solutions.
