·Assisting the consultant to conduct the COLDCALL
· Assisting the dept. in candidate approaching and resume obtaining
· Assisting Consultants to participate in the industry analysis
·Assisting the consultant to arrange the interview for the candidate
· Responsible for marketing information collecting and managing, including new company sourcing, recruitment information, talent market activities
·Responsible for project data management
