Qualifications：
·6+ years of embedded development
·Experience with Symbian, Windows CE, Windows Mobile, Palm OS, RIM
·Very good at C/C++/Assembly language
·Experience with network communication programming such as TCP/IP, HTTP, etc.
·Experience with XML and related
·Experience with SyncML/ DM and related
·Very solid experience with Symbian for at least 4 years, familiar with Symbian OS, ·Nokia Series 60, be able to do "Deep into Symbian programming".

Senior Engineer works with technical team through the development, delivery and documentation of new software and systems. As a Senior Engineer, you are responsible for the development of the Enterprise Mobility Agent solution, mProve DM solution of HP’s Handheld business unit. You will be working with the team of software engineers on the mProve software to design and implement the agent software and related supporting tools, debug and trouble-shoot the software, perform unit testing, integration, write design and other documentation based on predefined processes.
You will be involved in the entire lifecycle of agent software development – from design, coding, unit test, integration to product maintaining. You should be the expert in the embedded programming area and you are expected to apply developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex technical issues within established guidelines, recommend appropriate solutions, and work effectively with your team members to develop those solutions. You will be challenged with leading the technical direction of team activities, facilitation of information, and validation of team decisions.
You need to work with the architecture team for the requirement/ high level design/ detail design review, work with QA team for the build drop and testing related activies. You need support the Profession Services team and provide final support to customer, and be involved in IOP activities and standard tracking.
