Key responsibilities may include:
• Driving, supervising and reviewing technology diagnosis and assessment activities
• Identifying opportunities for technology-related improvement based on benchmark data and
doing high-level cost benefit analysis
• Developing a high level design which supports a robust technology solution, taking into
account the user requirements, technical requirements, etc.
• Driving technology architecture and infrastructure design activities
• Reviewing and supervising design components
• Developing design and transition approaches
本科3年以上通信方面的相关工作经验：
深入了解数字电路的原理、设计和应用；
对模拟电路的原理、设计和应用有一定的了解；
对通信用CPU系统的设计有一定了解；
有六层或以上系统电路板的原理图设计经验；
了解并能够指导PCB的设计和制作工艺；
熟练使OrCAD进行原理图设计；
熟练操作逻辑分析仪、示波器等测试仪器。
有 ETHERNET, PON等 相关的系统硬件设计经验；
有 MC82xx 系列（如 MC8260）、 MIPS或 ARM的 CPU 系统设计经验。
有系统信号完整性（ Signal Integrity ）的分析经验 。
