Qualifications:
1.A strong technical background in PC system level support and board level with the ability to read Motherboard's schematic and deliver technical material
2.Have a good communication skill to define what's your customer's highlights issue
3.Strong influence skill on customer to align with the company's platform roadmap
4.Strong written and verbal communication skills, good listening skills in both Chinese and English
5.Ability to work to accurately and quickly identify the true cause of any issue is essential
6.University degree in EE or related field - knowledge of PC platform architecture, components, it is good to have the knowledge of motherboard design/validation.
7.5-8 years experience on PC platform support.

Description:
1.Job overview: As a FAE, you are responsible for the company Account technical management for the product design wins and customer’s roadmap and Provide technical and application support to the customers on the company Architecture products. FAE works directly with customer to ensure customer's designs successfully reach production to be Time to Market.
2.Job relationship and role:
- FAE selects design opportunity for direct support model and requests divisional support and Geo technical marketing support.
- FAE sets up customer support structure including iBL, QuAD and weekly meetings.
- FAE continues to own customer relationship
- FAE owns critical communications (schedules, samples, and POR)
- FAE manages TME support model and conducts Post Mortem on Tech Support process.
3.Job duties and tasks performed:
- FAE discovers opportunity, addresses issues and wins design.
- FAE establishes customer point contact for design win.
- FAE requests Divisional support and Geo technical marketing sets up iBL group, IDRD group, Quad group for customer design team.
- FAE/TME discuss technical support requirements i.e. weekly meetings, design reviews, etc.
- FAE meets face to face weekly with Customer
- FAE monitors Division tech support and Geo technical marketing, manages results including frequent sync meetings with TME.
- FAE handles design issues related to TME elevations, sales, marketing, roadmap, etc. with weekly face to face.
- FAE prepares for next cycle of design wins.
4.Required Performance Skills
· Business acumen:
- Must be able to focus on and develop high level strategies for account relationship and design win objectives.
- Define the company new product design win opportunity from the customers and win the new product design into customer’s roadmap.
·Customer focus:
- able to build strong working relationships with internal and/or external customers; prioritize work in alignment with the needs of the customer; use customer knowledge and feedback to improve own work results.
- Assist customer throughout their design cycle to ensure successful completion of the product. Work with internal support team to provide support to the customer.
· Decisiveness and judgment:
- Make sure your design win that your customer will ship the product to the market, Priority your product design win support that the product could be generated more the companyl revenue.
- Must be able to manage yet delegate technical support responsibilities to TME
- Must be able to manage TME support persons and understand when to get involved on technical issues, elevations.
5.Gets results:
- Achieve FAE team’s design win target.
- able to demonstrate high personal work standards and a sense of urgency about results; do everything possible to meet goals and deadlines; persist in the face of repeated challenges; accept responsibility for the outcomes of his/her own work.

- able to persuade and enlist others’ support in accomplishing FAE team’s objectives; effectively sell own ideas/work to others; use data and logic to influence others; develop effective working relationships with others who can help promote acceptance of own ideas; use different influence approaches as appropriate.
