Position Summary:
This Position is responsible for driving services sales in the assigned territory in Asia Pacific and to cultivate our service partner relationships that will indirectly create demand for the service programs. This position is also responsible for maintaining key relationships and ongoing business management of the assigned service partners.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop service opportunities with channel partners by partnering with country sales team.
- Prepare monthly forecast for services sales.
- Create and develop the infrastructure of current and new service programs, marketing materials.
- Coordinate entire spectrum of back-to-factory services offering regarding channel proliferation/education to end user satisfaction/retention.
- Develop cross-functional product and kit development, launch, and product line maintenance activities.
- Evaluate applications to the service programs, assist in setting up accounts and maintain database.
- Create and maintain price list and database of applications for service programs.
- Create, execute, process and monitor service agreements/contracts and its renewal.
- Process billings as required.
- Develop metrics to measure and review results of service programs, partner's performance, training requirements and areas of improvement in the programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree holder
- 3-5 years of experience in complete solutions ie. Hardware & servces
- Independent and resourceful with good work attitude.
- Ability to manage complex service partner relationships.
- International experience is preferred.
- Possesses strong business analytical capabilities and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task and proactive in developing solutions for service partner issues.
- Preferably with experience in dealing with contracts/legal documents. |
