描述:
-To deliver improvement in service quality and efficiency of Operations and cost performance, lead and manage the country Operations programme management function to effectively implement programmes and projects under the framework of regional and network imperatives. Conduct ongoing control over shipment status and progress throughout the network in the most cost efficient manner
-Support other departments in various initiatives to achieve objectives, e.g. HR, IS , Finance, etc.
-Liaise to comply with the safety and statutory requirement, implement solutions, and deliver required service standards
-Lead country operations personnel in implementing changes, defining operations needs and improvement opportunities
-Develop and supervise the implementation of the nationwide requirements and standards of country operations programmes management under National Operations Manager's guidance in line with the Regional and network regulations and process
-Enhance new capability through Operations Programmes portfolio management to ensure objectives of plans and programs are achieved and business development needs are satisfied
要求:
-Well-developed planning and organisation skills
-3-7 years management experience in a service related role, preferably in the Air Express Industry
-Degree or equivalent
-2 years experience or 3-5 years business experience in a related field
