• Working on special projects that contribute to building a better search engine

• Excellent web research skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Detail oriented; ability to complete large volume of work quickly.
• Flexible.
• Proven track record of exceptional performance, high productivity and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work cooperatively and proactively with team members.
• Ability to speak, read, and write Mandarin Chinese and English
• Legal authorization to work in China.
• Demonstrated ability to work according to the highest ethical standards, to adhere to strict confidentiality requirements, and to assume responsibility.
• Outstanding academic background.
• Familiarity with typical web practices such as managing a domain name.
• Familiarity with internet infrastructure such as WHOIS info and the Strong computer applications skills.
• Domain Name Server (DNS) system of domains, understanding of Firewalls, IP addresses, and name servers.
• Basic HTML knowledge.
• Previous experience with a computer programming language a plus.
