Position: Store Manager
职位:店面经理

General Objective: Achieve sales goals while maintaining satisfactory levels of performance, gross margin percentages and inventory. Cultivate an environment for employees to reach fullest potential in relation to business growth.
总目标:通过维持销售额和利润稳步增长来实现销售目标;营造一个积极向上的工作环境, 使员工潜能得到充分发挥,使业务得到持续地增长。

汇报对象:环渤海大区总经理

Qualification:条件

Education: BS degree with courses in accounting, business, marketing and management.
教育程度:大专以上程度,会计,商务,营销或管理专业。

Experience: Background with proven success in management and profit performance. Five years experience in a retail or service environment.
工作经验:具有可以证明的成功管理经验或赢利业绩背景。至少有5年的零售或服务行业工作经验。

Other Requirements: An entrepreneurial attitude and approach with strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to train and recognize deficiencies in design, performance and procedures, in relation to total store performance. Serve as a role model for employee success and achieve a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities:职责:
 
 Plan, organize, implement and manage procedures and policies to ensure efficient operations and an overall increase in sales.

 Assist in developing and maintain annual budgets for written and delivered sales, gross margin, operational expenses, profit, and available-to-sell and backlog inventories.
协助维护和提高店内和店外销售额(需递送的服务),包括毛利润,操作开支,利润,可销售和需订货的库存。

 Oversee functions of all sales positions to ensure a favorable store atmosphere.

 Oversees and maintain office systems to ensure fiscal control, security of company assets and inventory management.

 Work with Sales and Customer Service Managers to provide exceptional levels of customer service and minimize errors and customer complaints.

 Work with warehouse manager to ensure and efficient and effective delivery and service department.

 Monitor incoming and outgoing money daily and approve all disbursements. Recommend and implement advertising and marketing strategies to ensure proper targeting of consumer markets and strong community presence.

 Maintain training programs established by corporate, as well as develop new techniques, for all employees.

 Transmit accurate weekly sales and disbursement reports, as well as recommendations for developing future business.

 Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues.

 Works with H.R. to recruit office and support staff
